Once our workers have grasped the basics, they are assigned to various workshops based on their expertise. For instance, in the injection molding workshop, team members often await the completion of the injection process, monitor the robotic arms during the part retrieval, and check the quality of plastic components before packaging. In the sheet metal processing workshop, certain complex parts produced by stamping machines require hands-on operation from personnel.
Meanwhile,the assembly line for plastic components requires minimal training due to its lower technology. However, when it comes to the assembly of sheet metal parts, welding skills are vital, so we ensure that these tasks are carried out by seasoned professionals.
To guarantee that our new hires adapt quickly and efficiently, we have implemented a mentorship system: each experienced worker is paired with a new recruit, making it easier for them to learn the ropes. We aim for each apprentice to work closely with a mentor until they reach a competent level of skill and confidence.
