JCV Announces Strategic Expansion to Support Haier's Production Shift

Qingdao JCV Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a leading supplier of plastic and metal parts for home appliance manufacturers, has completed preparations for its new production facility in Jiaozhou as part of a strategic expansion plan to align with key client Haier Group’s manufacturing relocation.
Our group currently operates four manufacturing plants across Qingdao, has already invested in over 20 new injection molding machines at new facility. The equipment procurement and personnel recruitment are still ongoing. The site, now in final pre-production testing, is slated for full-scale operations by November.
Synergy with Haier’s Industrial Strategy
Strategically located within Haier’s Huangdao Industrial Park, our group has served as a critical supplier for Haier’s refrigerator, air conditioner, and washing machine divisions for over two decade. We supplies precision plastic components and metal stamping parts, which are transported directly to Haier’s assembly lines for final assembly.
With Haier’s ongoing shift of manufacturing capacity to its newly developed Jiaozhou Industrial Park, JCV’ expansion ensures seamless supply chain integration. “This investment isn’t just about scaling up—it’s about maintaining zero-delay responsiveness to Haier’s production needs,” said Zhao LeYing, CEO. “Our Huangdao and Jiaozhou facilities now form a dual-engine support system.
