European Client Visits JCV to Assess Tooling Design and Manufacturing Capabilities

Qingdao, April 2026 – JCV Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., recently welcomed a client from Slovakia for an on-site visit and technical assessment.
The European customer, who had previously engaged with JCV via email regarding mold quotations, traveled to Qingdao to gain a firsthand understanding of the company’s tooling design, mold fabrication, and overall processing capabilities. The visit marked a critical step in moving from initial inquiries toward a potential long-term partnership.
Focused on Mold Design and Tooling Expertise
This visit was tailored specifically to the client’s technical requirements. The delegation spent significant time in JCV’s tooling design department with engineering team, where they observed:
- 3D modeling and simulation processes for complex mold geometries;
- In-house mold assembly and fit-up procedures, ensuring tight tolerances;
- Quality inspection of mold steels and finished tooling using CMM.
The client showed particular interest in JCV’s ability to design and manufacture stamping dies for high-volume production, as well as the company’s experience with hard-to-machine materials.

During the technical exchange, JCV’s engineering team presented case studies of previous mold projects, highlighting design optimizations that reduced cycle times and improved part quality.
