September 25, 2025 – JCV Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (JCV) marked a significant milestone, celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special ceremony and employee recognition event at its facility. The event, held on the morning of Sept. 25th, brought together all employees to reflect on the company's journey, express gratitude for their collective efforts, and look toward the future.
The theme for the celebration was “Innovation Drives Development, Smart Manufacturing Leads the Future.”The ceremony commenced at 7:30 AM at the company’s flag-raising platform. Employees, dressed in unified blue and pink 25th-anniversary commemorative T-shirts, formed orderly lines, showcasing a strong sense of team spirit.
The proceedings began with a rousing chorus of "Unity Is Strength," performed by the staff.
Following the opening song, Deputy General Manager Xia Dexueaddressed the attendees. In his speech, he highlighted JCV's recent breakthroughs and innovative achievements in core business areas, including injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and automated smart manufacturing solutions.
General Manager Zhao Leying then took the stage to reflect on the company's history. She recounted JCV's evolution from its challenging early days to its current position as a leading benchmark in the industry, particularly for home appliance component production. She also outlined the strategic direction for the second half of the year.
A key highlight of the morning was the recognition of 46 long-serving employees who have dedicated 20 years or more to the company. They were presented with honorary certificates, commemorative medals, and gifts in appreciation of their loyalty and contribution to JCV's success.
The formal part of the ceremony concluded with a heartfelt rendition of "Ode to the Motherland." With the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays approaching, the leadership team also extended festive greetings and best wishes to all employees for the upcoming double-celebration.
The event ended on a collaborative note, with departments gathering for group photographs to capture the commemorative moment.
